Filtration is stage one to help clean your water prior to entering your Enagic® ionizer.
There are many forms of filtration although I want the best option that cleans my source water as well as for my lifestyle as I travel with my Ionizer and pre-filtration. Therefore I recommend this Australian Standard Approved twin filter set which can be installed on your bench or underneath.
For more personalised filter systems we recommend getting your water tested.
Also removed/reduced are; Chloramines, Nitrate, Pesticides, Herbicides, VOC’s, Iron, Aluminium, Trihalomethanes (THM), Poly-Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH), and other heavy metals.
Lifespan/Volumes: 12 months (remove after 6 months and clean)
*Cannot guarantee underlying organisms in water supply. It’s advised to have your water tested.

ALL KITS come with housing and connections for a standard 22mm tap fitting. Individual replacement filters can be purchased in the store.
1. These filters are not intended to be used where the water is microbiologically unsafe or with water of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the filter. Maximum operating temperature 100°F; Maximum operating pressure 100 psi. All performance claims presented here are based on data believed to be reliable but are not to be considered a warranty of performance. Performance of the filter may be altered by the housing, or the source water’s organic content, turbidity, pH, or other conditions encountered in actual use.
2. The lifespan of your Enagic® ionizer internal filter is 12 months or 6000L (whichever comes first). Please be aware of this when ordering additional Fluoride filters as you will need 3 fluoride filters based on the 6000L volume usage.
3. Installation: The single, twin and triple kits are extremely easy to install and uninstall, making them portable, having access to unfiltered water to filtered water within your reach. They’re an ideal solution for people who move house on a regular basis, for example students and business people. Your pre-filter kit comes with written instructions, images and a link to the installation video (see video below). The standard tap fitting is 22mm. Your pre-filter kit comes with a tap adapter with a female thread. Included in the kit as an adapter with a male to male thread. If you don’t have a standard 22mm tap (if your Enagic® ionizer is connected the ‘standard way’, then it’ll work), then you will need to purchase an adapter. Please contact me if you need to.

Note: A plumber is not needed to install any of the pre-filters. However, for the RO and Whole House kits, we recommend installation by an approved plumber.
If you want your pre-filter kit to be installed underneath your bench, you will need to purchase the ‘under sink installation kit’. Please find the kit in the filtration section of the store and add it to your cart. We recommend installation by an approved plumber.
4. The pre-filter kit functions via water being pushed/forced through the filters. If the flow rate out of the pre-filter kit is low, this may be due to; 1. Low pressure entering the pre-filter kit, or 2. Filters need replacing. If you have a water pump to push/force your water through the pre-filter kit and the flow rate from the pre-filter is low, the pump may need to be improved to a more powerful pump.
5. Cancellations:
- Cancellation before item(s) shipped will receive a full refund, minus a AU$25 admin fee.
- Cancellation after item(s) shipped with packaging not opened and items(s) not used will receive full refund, minus original shipping cost and admin fee of AU$25. Shipping back to us is at the cost of the purchaser. Item(s) must be returned as initially sent by us.
